1. Course Description

History of western esthetics primarily teaches students the main esthetics thoughts, standpoints, theories and schools in western esthetics history before the 20th century. After having studied the course, students can develop the ability of appreciation and make aesthetic judgments.

2. Requirements

Require students to study the main esthetics thoughts, standpoints, theories, and the basic views of schools in western esthetics history so that students can develop the ability of appreciation and make aesthetic judgments.
